We built the software we could not buy.
ZlyntOffice is made by Levich, a small company in Bangalore. We ran ourselves on a stack of disconnected tools for three years, then stopped.
We started Levich in 2021 and did what everyone does: a CRM here, a project tool there, invoicing somewhere else, HR in a spreadsheet, and a growing habit of copying numbers between them on Friday afternoons.
It held until we tried to put AI to work. Every assistant we connected could see one tool at a time, which meant it could summarise a document but could not tell us which won deal had never been invoiced. The problem was not the model. The problem was that our business did not exist in any single place.
So we built one. ZlyntOffice began as our own office system (HR, finance, CRM, clients and projects on one record) and it runs Levich every day. We sell it because the businesses around us have exactly the same problem, and because the gap between AI-ready companies and everyone else is opening now.
What we believe about this decade of work.
They will need roles, permissions and approvals, not a chat box bolted onto a sidebar.
Integration is not the same as coherence. An assistant reasons over a whole business or not at all.
We mark features live only when they ship, and we publish the real uptime number.
One plan, every module, $5 a user. Nothing held back to create an upsell conversation.
