Terms of service
The agreement between your business and ours. Deliberately short, and free of the clauses that make software contracts unreadable.

Pay per user per month. Your data stays yours and you can take it with you. Cancel whenever you like and we will not make it difficult. We will keep the service running and tell you honestly when we do not.
The agreement
These terms apply between Levich Technologies and the business that created the account. Whoever accepts them confirms they may bind that business.
Your account
You are responsible for who you invite and what they do. Keep credentials safe, and tell us quickly if you think an account has been compromised. One login is one person: shared logins are not permitted, mostly because they wreck the audit trail.
Payment
$5 per user per month, or $50 per user per year; ₹499 or ₹4,999 for Indian customers. Seats are counted at the start of each billing period. Adding people mid-period is charged pro rata; removing them credits the next invoice. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice, never mid-term on an annual plan.
Trial
14 days, no credit card. At the end of a trial the account becomes read-only until you subscribe. Nothing is charged automatically.
Cancellation
Cancel in the app at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. We do not require a call, an email or a reason. Data stays exportable for 90 days after cancellation.
Your data
You own everything you put in. We hold it to run the service, under the privacy policy. We do not use it to train models and we will not sell it. On request we delete it.
Acceptable use
Do not use ZlyntOffice to break the law, to store material you have no right to store, or to attack the service or other customers. Automated access is fine through our own connector and API; scraping the interface is not.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and publish the real monthly figure rather than an aspiration. Support is included at every team size. Planned maintenance is announced ahead; we avoid Indian filing deadlines.
Liability
Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Bangalore having jurisdiction. Questions: legal@zlyntoffice.com.
