What we collect, why, where it lives, and what an AI assistant connected to your account can reach. Written to be read, not to be survived.

We hold the data you put into ZlyntOffice so the product works. We do not sell it, we do not train models on it, and we do not look at it without a time-boxed grant you approve. You can export or delete it at any time.
Who we are
ZlyntOffice is operated by Levich Technologies, Bangalore, India. For customer data you put into the product, you are the controller and we are the processor. For your own account and billing details, we are the controller.
What we collect
Account data: names, work emails, roles and authentication details of the people you invite.
Customer content: the clients, projects, invoices, documents and records your team creates. We treat this as yours.
Usage data: pages visited and features used, to find what is broken and what is confusing. Aggregated, never sold.
Billing data: handled by our payment processor. We never see full card numbers.
Why we process it
To provide the service you are paying for, to keep it secure, to bill you correctly, and to support you when you ask. Nothing is processed for advertising, and we do not build profiles of your people.
AI and your data
A connection to an AI assistant reads only what you scope it to read, and every read is logged against that connection. Sensitive HR fields are excluded by default.
We do not use your customer content to train any model, ours or anyone else’s. When you send data to an assistant through the connector, that assistant’s own provider handles it under their terms, which is why the scope you set matters.
Where it lives
Data for Indian customers is hosted in Mumbai; everyone else in Frankfurt. You choose the region at signup and it does not move afterwards. Backups stay in the same region.
Who we share it with
Only sub-processors needed to run the service: hosting, email delivery and payments. The current list is available on request and we give notice before adding one. We do not sell data to anybody, ever.
Your rights
Access, correct, export or delete: by yourself in the app, or by asking us. Export is CSV per module or a full archive. Deletion completes within 30 days including backups, unless we are legally required to retain something.
Retention
Customer content is kept while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation, so an accidental cancellation is recoverable. Then it is deleted. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
