Highlight

Requests on schedule

Recurring client work creates its own requests ahead of the due date. Monthly, quarterly and yearly services follow your financial year. Following your time zone, and moving due dates off weekends and holidays, are coming soon.

What's inside

Service management, in detail.

Coming soon
  • Service level targets
  • Services in proposals
  • Capacity planning
  1. Steps with owners

Each service carries its checklist. Steps go to a role, like Reviewer, with their own due dates. They show up on each person's task list.

  2. Fields for each service

Add the details a service needs, like a website URL. Starting next month's request filled in from the last is coming soon.

  3. Automation and approvals

Workflow automation moves requests between stages and assigns them by role. Fee changes and sign-off can wait for approval. Approval for write-offs is coming soon.

  4. Billing through Finance

Raise a draft invoice from completed requests with their fee and tax. Paid status shows on the request.

  5. The week ahead by message

Ask ZlyntOffice in the app, with Slack and email coming soon, what is due, waiting on clients or not yet billed. Every client's work comes back in the same thread.

In practice

Northwind's monthly campaign report

  1. Priya sets up the monthly report with a five-day lead time.

  2. Each month the request appears and the review step goes to Ananya.

  3. Priya marks it done and raises a draft invoice in Finance.
