    HR staff will be able to be limited to one country or company, so an India HR executive never sees US employee records.

    ID numbers, bank details and medical reasons are encrypted and masked. Managers never see them. Hosted in India today.

  3. Audit trail

    Every change is logged with who made it and when. Values before and after, and the original message for requests made by chat, are coming soon.

  4. Extra checksComing soon

    When WhatsApp and email arrive, exits, bank detail changes and bulk updates started there will need confirming in the app or with a one-time code.

  5. No location trackingComing soon

    Location will be recorded only at the moment someone checks in or out, and employees will be told exactly what is captured.
