01
Recurring retainers
Set a retainer once with its amount and schedule. Each run creates a draft for approval, which you download or send by email.
02
GST and VAT on every line
Pick a client and an item, and GST, VAT or sales tax fills from your country rules. India e-invoices get their IRN and QR code automatically.
03
Credit and debit notes
Reduce, cancel or add to a sent invoice with a note that has its own number series. A credit note frees the work to be billed again.
04
Revisions with history
A finance admin can reopen a sent invoice with a reason. The earlier version is kept, and the client gets it marked Revised.
05
Reminders that chase for you
Clients are reminded 3 days before the due date, on the day, and 7 and 14 days after. Reminders stop once the invoice is paid.
