Sensitive requests, like a resignation, always get a private reply. They are only submitted after you confirm in the app.

  1. Plain words

    You don't need commands or forms. Write "I'm off tomorrow, not well" and it prepares a sick leave request for the right date.

  2. Asks only what's missing

    It fills in everything it already knows. If a required detail is missing, like a joining date, it asks for just that.

  3. Confirms before acting

    Before saving anything, it shows a short summary with the exact date and weekday. Nothing changes until you confirm.

  4. Undo for 10 minutes

    Changed your mind? Say "undo" within 10 minutes, before anyone approves, and the request is withdrawn.

  5. Same permissions as you

    The agent can only see and do what the person asking is allowed to. A manager can't use it to see another team's private details.
